Roger Blench: Endangered languages India

Home

My main work on Indian languages has been fieldwork in 2010 and 2011 in Arunachal Pradesh. There are still numerous languages spoken which only have a few thousand speakers and the material is essentially survey data. Lengthy digital data files will also be stored on the web in due course. I have created a page for NE India which covers archaeology, ethnomusicology and other areas as well as linguistics and also provides links to extensive image resources and pdfs of scarce materials.
